Pre-Stressed Concrete Sleepers
Mainline broad-gauge and metro pre-stressed concrete sleepers cast on long-line pre-tensioned beds against approved RDSO drawings. Cast with embedded SG cast-iron inserts so the fastening assembly anchors directly into the sleeper body — eliminating field drilling and giving the entire track-form a single, traceable lifecycle. Each pour is documented end to end: mix design, cube strength, geometry tolerance, insert pull-out load.

Spheroidical Graphite Cast Iron Inserts
Spheroidal-graphite (ductile) cast-iron inserts produced in-house and embedded in PSC sleepers during casting. The SG matrix combines the tensile strength of steel with the cast-iron geometry tolerance, giving the elastic rail clip a stable seat against repeated insertion/removal cycles. Each batch is heat-treated and pull-out tested before despatch.

Elastic Rail Clips
Pandrol-pattern elastic rail clips (ERCs) cold-formed and heat-treated from high-tensile spring-steel rod. Each clip is bend-set, shot-peened and oil-quenched for fatigue endurance under millions of axle passes. Stocked in geometries Mark III, J-2 and the heavy-haul Mark V profile to suit mainline, metro and freight corridor track-forms.

Modified Elastomeric Pads
Modified Elastomeric Pads (MEPs) for CASNUB freight bogies — bonded rubber-and-steel assemblies seated between the bogie side-frame pedestal and the axle adapter on the CTRB (Cartridge Tapered Roller Bearing). The MEP transmits vertical wheel loads, permits controlled lateral and longitudinal movement of the wheelset, and acts as the primary anti-vibration member of the bogie. By introducing compliant primary suspension it dramatically reduces lateral wheel-rail forces, minimises wheel-flange wear and eliminates adapter-crown wear over the wagon's service life.

High Viscose Nylon Liners
Precision-moulded nylon-66 insulating liners that sit between the elastic rail clip and the rail foot. They electrically isolate the rail from the sleeper, set gauge between the two rails, and absorb micro-movement under load. Moulded under tight cavity tolerances so the gauge across a full sleeper bay is consistent within a sub-millimetre band.
Specifications

- Tensile strength
- 150 MPa minimum
- Heat deflection (HDT)
- ≥ 230 °C

- Surface resistivity ≥ 10¹² Ω
- Service life
- 15+ years outdoor under mainline load
Applications
- Rail-foot insulator with elastic fastening systems
- Gauge-maintenance liner in switch and crossing zones
- Replacement-cycle maintenance kits
